MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Ciao, I’m Lorena.

Born in Italy, I grew up with food as a way to bring people together. That spirit is at the heart of Bake It Up!

I’m a certified baker and baking instructor, trained in Baking Arts at George Brown College. I love helping you understand the process—so a recipe becomes something you feel confident making again.

From your first sourdough loaf to something sweet, there’s room here to learn, ask, taste, and enjoy.
